Description

JCGM working-group committee and meeting identifiers.

Syntax

JCGM identifiers follow: JCGM [Number]:[Year] or JCGM GUM-[Part]:[Year]. The GUM guides use the GUM prefix. Bare "GUM" / "VIM-3" forms are accepted and normalised; partial references (no year) and partial references with a trailing date are supported.
