Description
IALA Standards (S series) define normative requirements for marine aids to navigation systems, including the IALA Maritime Buoyage System and e-Navigation components.
Syntax
IALA identifiers use a single-letter type prefix followed by a 4-digit zero-padded number: IALA {S|R|G|M|C|A|L|GA|X|P}[Number][ Ed [Edition]][ ([LangLetter])]. General Assembly resolutions use a dotted series.index form (GA01.01).
